Premium Payments

Premium payments processed through truestinsure.com are directly remitted to the respective insurance carriers. Consequently, any refunds for premiums are exclusively subject to the individual refund and cancellation policies of those carriers. truestinsure.com does not directly process or issue refunds on behalf of insurance carriers.

Service Fees

Certain service fees (such as administrative, consultation, or processing fees) may be eligible for a refund if:

• The refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the payment.
• The related service has not yet been fully provided or was only partially delivered.

Non-refundable cases typically include:

• Services that have already been fully rendered.
• Customized policy work that has been completed.
• Fees associated with policy submission and processing.

Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, it will generally be processed within 10–15 business days from the approval date. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used, unless alternative arrangements are explicitly agreed upon.

Cancellation-Related Refunds

Should your policy be canceled and the insurance carrier authorizes a prorated refund, the refund will be disbursed according to the carrier’s established schedule and method. truestinsure.com is not responsible for any delays or denials stemming from carrier-issued refunds.
